Every maker gets a permanent page — findable any week, not just menu week. This index is one line per maker: name, neighborhood, kitchen type, and whether they're on this week's menu. Tier 1 lines only — photos, prices, and order details live on each maker's own page, and only with that maker's dated written okay.
